Ingredients
  

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tbsp milk (optional)
  • 1/4 cup bell pepper (chopped)
  • 1/4 cup spinach
  • Pinch of salt & pepper

Method
 

  1. Beat eggs with milk, salt, and pepper.
  2. Pour into greased pan over medium heat.
  3. Add veggies, cook 3–4 minutes, fold, and serve.
