Ingredients
  

  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 3 pitted Medjool dates (soaked 10 min)
  • 2 tbsp raw cacao powder
  • 1/4 cup plant-based milk
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Method
 

  1. Blend all ingredients until silky smooth.
  2. Chill for at least 30 min.
  3. Serve topped with shredded coconut or berries.
