2 ripe bananas (mashed)
1 1/2 cups rolled oats
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
Optional: 1/4 cup chopped nuts

Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
Scoop into small rounds and place on baking tray.
Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden. Cool before serving.
