Ingredients
  

  • 2 ripe bananas (mashed)
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts or almonds
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds or flaxseed
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
  • Pinch of salt

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a bowl, mash bananas and mix with oats, nuts, seeds, cinnamon, and salt.
  3. Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a lined baking tray. Flatten slightly.
  4. Bake for 12–15 minutes or until golden and set.
  5. Let cool and enjoy!

Notes

Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days. Can be frozen.
