Ingredients
  

  • 2 sandwich buns or ciabatta rolls
  • 2 chicken breasts (flattened)
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • Salt & pepper
  • 4 slices fresh mozzarella
  • 4 tomato slices
  • Fresh basil leaves
  • 1 tsp balsamic glaze (optional)

Method
 

  1. Rub chicken with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Grill for 6–7 minutes per side until cooked through.
