  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 grated carrot
  • 1 tbsp raisins
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • Optional: chopped walnuts

Method
 

  1. In a jar, mix all ingredients.
  2. Refrigerate overnight.
