Ingredients
  

  • 3 medium carrots
  • 1 small apple
  • ½ inch fresh ginger
  • ½ Juice of lemon
  • ½ cup cold water

Method
 

  1. Juice or blend all ingredients.
    If blending, strain using a fine sieve or cheesecloth.
    Pour over ice and serve immediately
