  • 1 cup canned chickpeas (mashed)
  • 1 tbsp tahini
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 2 tbsp diced celery
  • 2 tbsp diced red onion
  • Salt & pepper
  • Whole grain bread
