Ingredients
  

  • 1 large cucumber
  • 4 tbsp hummus (classic or flavored)
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds or pumpkin seeds
  • Fresh parsley or mint (optional)
  • Dash of paprika or za’atar (optional)

Method
 

  1. Slice cucumber in half lengthwise and scoop out a shallow "boat" shape using a spoon.
  2. Fill the center with hummus.
  3. Sprinkle seeds and herbs on top.
