  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1/2 cup cucumber (peeled and sliced)
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • Ice cubes (optional)

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender.
    Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
    Taste and adjust thickness by adding more milk or ice.
