  • 1 cup unsweetened yogurt (plant or dairy)
  • 1/2 tsp matcha powder
  • 1/2 banana (sliced)
  • 1/4 cup granola (sugar-free)
  • 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds

Method
 

  1. Mix matcha into yogurt until blended.
  2. In a jar, layer yogurt, banana, granola, and seeds.
  3. Repeat and serve chilled.
