- Add almonds and oats to a food processor and pulse until finely chopped.
- Add dates, nut butter, salt, and chia seeds. Blend until a sticky dough forms
- Scoop and roll into bite-sized balls.
- Place in the fridge for 15 minutes to firm (optional)
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week.
