No-Bake Cacao Almond Energy Squares

Ingredients
  

  • 1 ½ cups almonds
  • 1 cup pitted Medjool dates
  • 3 tbsp raw cacao powder
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • 2 tbsp water (if needed)

  • Food processor

Method
 

  1. Blend almonds in a food processor into a fine meal.
  2. Add dates, cacao, chia, cinnamon, and salt. Blend until sticky.
  3. If too dry, add water one tbsp at a time.
  4. Press into a lined square pan and refrigerate for 1 hour.
  5. Slice into squares and store chilled.
