  • 8 soft Medjool dates (pitted)
  • 4 tbsp almond or peanut butter
  • Optional toppings: crushed pistachios, coconut, cacao nibs

  1. Slice dates open and fill with nut butter.
  2. Top with optional ingredients. Serve immediately or chill.
