150g spaghetti
2 cups water or veggie broth
1 cup cherry tomatoes (halved)
1 garlic clove (minced)
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt & pepper
Fresh basil to serve

Method
Add all ingredients to a pot. Bring to boil.
Simmer uncovered for 10–12 minutes, stirring often.
Once water is absorbed and pasta is tender, garnish with basil and serve
