  • 150g rice noodles
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp sesame oil
  • 1/2 cup shredded carrots

Method
 

  1. Cook noodles according to package.
  2. Mix sauce ingredients. Toss with noodles and carrots.
  3. Serve warm or cold.
