Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup oat flour
  • 1 cup fresh spinach
  • 1/2 cup plant milk
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder

Method
 

  1. Blend all ingredients until smooth.
  2. Heat pan, pour small rounds of batter.
  3. Cook both sides until golden.
  4. Serve with avocado or vegan yogurt dip.

Notes

Ground oats can be used instead of flour.
