  • 1 cup cooked lentils
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp chili powder
  • 1/4 tsp cumin
  • Salt to taste
  • 4 small tortillas
  • Avocado & fresh cilantro to serve
