Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup mashed cooked sweet potato
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup raw cacao powder
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • Pinch of salt
  • Optional: 1/4 cup chopped walnuts

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Mix all ingredients in a bowl until smooth.
  3. Spread into a lined baking dish.
  4. Bake 20–25 min. Let cool completely before slicing.
