- In a pot, sauté onion and garlic in oil for 3 minutes.
- Add spices and stir until fragrant.
- Add lentils, broth, and coconut milk. Bring to boil.
- Reduce heat and simmer for 20–25 minutes until thick.
- Garnish with cilantro and serve with rice.
