Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 bell pepper (sliced)
  • 1 carrot (julienned)
  • 1/2 cup snap peas
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
Peanut Sauce:
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp rice vinegar
  • Water to thin

Method
 

  1. Sauté veggies until crisp-tender. Mix sauce ingredients. Toss with veggies and serve warm.
