Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 2 cups unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 small apple, cubed
  • 1 tbsp tahini
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • Pinch of salt
  • Optional: chopped walnuts or raisins

Method
 

  1. In a pot, bring oats and almond milk to a boil, reduce heat.
  2. Add apple, cinnamon, and salt. Simmer for 10 min, stirring often.
  3. Turn off heat, stir in tahini.
  4. Serve warm topped with nuts or raisins if desired.

Notes

Tahini is an excellent source of calcium.
